Robin B. Dow, Chairman & CEO (Ottawa).Mr. Dow has over 30 years experience in consulting to or in funding private and public corporations. Mr. Dow held various positions, including senior executive management, in the brokerage industry in Calgary from 1976 to 1988, when he started his first public company. He is, or has been, a director and/or officer of 12 public and two private companies since 1988. He is currently CEO of Phoenix Matachewan Mines Inc., Patrician Diamonds Inc. and Wedge Energy International Inc., all public companies.
Eric Craigie, President Mr. Craigie has over 30 years experience as a mineral exploration geologist. His career began in 1970, working on gold, base metal, and uranium projects in central and northern Canada. From 1978 until 1984, he managed the eastern Canadian exploration office of BP Minerals and from 1984 until 1992 he was in charge of diamond exploration for the Selection Trust Division of BP Resources. Since 1992, he has consulted extensively for diamond explorers in Canada, USA, Africa and Asia. He is also a director of several private companies involved in the exploration for uranium and precious metals.
C. Stewart Wallis, Director Mr. Stewart Wallis, P.Geo. has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Patrician Diamonds Inc. Mr. Wallis began his career with Cominco Ltd. carrying out exploration for base and precious metals throughout eastern Canada. Projects also included exploration for uranium in the Elliot Lake District, Ontario and the Thelon Basin in the Northwest Territories. During the period from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Wallis was the General Manager, Vancouver office, for Roscoe Postle Associates Inc., an internationally recognized geological consulting firm. During this time, he carried out due diligence on numerous uranium properties located in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Namibia, Finland and the western US. These projects included both producing and late-stage in-situ leach development projects in Kazakhstan and the Western US.
Mr. Wallis received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from McMaster University located in Hamilton, Ontario. His professional affiliations include: Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan; Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C.; Wyoming Professional Geologist; Certified Professional Geologist (AIPG); Fellow, Society of Economic Geologists; Member, and the Society of Mining Engineers.
